Processing Times

All orders are processed on Monday's.
Art Mini's, Magnets, Glossy Wall Art will ship within 2 business days.
Photographic Art Prints and Art Cards are made to order and can take up to 2 weeks to produce, unless they are in inventory in the studio.
Wall Art can take up to 4 weeks for processing due to the custom nature. 

Delivery times are in addition to processing times, see below. 

Shipping Rates
Since all items are not stocked within 1 location, orders consisting of photographic art prints and handmade items will be shipped separately from the 2 locations, thus reflected in the shipping price. If you have questions regarding the combined shipping rate, please feel free to reach out.

International shipments - please contact directly with your order for shipping rates & timeline.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Canada Post to the local carrier in your county or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.

 

Local Delivery

Within Cambridge, Ontario available seasonally on orders over $50.  Delivery dates and times will be pre-arranged with options to select from. Delivery windows are available as follows one weekday ( 4-7 )  and one weekend time slot ( 1-4 ) - subject to change, pending seasonal demand. Damages / Quality Issues

In the unlikely event that you receive a incorrect or damaged items, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
